Wine & Wildlife, our “wildly” popular gala-style event that captivated the Paradise Coast communities of Florida for five previous years, is returning in person on Tuesday, February 22, 2022.
Proceeds from Wine & Wildlife will directly benefit the four national parks within Florida. The money raised from this event will allow The Alliance to continue to support programs throughout five key pillars: environmental education, exploration, preservation & protection, restoration, and community engagement. On average, The Alliance supports around 20 programs each year throughout these four parks.
A segment of the live auction of this event celebrates the youth environmental education program at Big Cypress National Preserve. Each year through this youth environmental education program, every 6th-grade student in Collier County visits Big Cypress National Preserve and becomes a scientist for a day. That’s about 3,000 kids every year!
Our last Wine & Wildlife set an organizational record of money raised and we anticipate our return in 2022 to be even bigger and even better! We will be introducing many new elements to the event this time around, including the debut of “The Clyde Butcher A Better Florida Award,” which will be bestowed to renowned wildlife photographer Carlton Ward Jr.
Taking place at the Naples Sailing & Yacht Club, we will be welcoming close to 300 guests to join us for the evening. Purchase tickets at http://bidpal.net/wineandwildlife2022!
This event is sponsored by Tamiami Ford, Tamiami Hyundai and Genesis of Naples, as well as Guest Services Inc., The Wellington Group, and Naples Illustrated.
