Tortugas Tales: Dry Tortugas National Park stories, history & education

South Florida National Parks Trust is proud to host Tortugas Tales in conjunction with the release of a new history book on the Dry Tortugas as an opportunity to feature Dry Tortugas National Park, its human and natural history, current stewardship, visitor opportunities, and to highlight Dry Tortugas National Park educational programs supported by the South Florida National Parks Trust.

Tortugas Tales is FREE and open to the public. RSVPs are appreciated and can be done online at EventBrite . Doors will open at 6:00pm for appetizers and an opportunity to view Dry Tortugas-related exhibits at the Florida Keys Eco-Discovery Center. Presentations will begin at 6:30pm and will be followed by a book signing by authors James Kushlan and Kirsten Hines, as well as the opportunity to discuss Dry Tortugas National Park with personnel from both the Park and the South Florida National Parks Trust.
