About the Event:
In celebration of Earth Day and National Park week, we are hosting a unique, ranger-led bike tour through the stunning landscapes of Shark Valley. This is a fantastic opportunity to immerse yourself in the beauty of the Everglades while engaging in a healthy and enjoyable outdoor activity.
What to Expect:
- Bike Ride Duration: Approximately 3 hours, covering a 15-mile loop.
- Observation Tower Break: We will take a break at the Shark Valley Observation Tower. It’s a perfect spot to enjoy your packed lunch with a view.
- Wildlife and Scenery: Keep your eyes peeled for the diverse wildlife and breathtaking views along the route.
What to Bring:
- Your Bike: If you have a bike, bring it along! There’s no better way to experience the Everglades.
- Lunch and Water: Pack your lunch and enough water to stay hydrated throughout the ride.
- Sun Protection: Remember to bring sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses.
