Members Outing: Big Cypress Orchid Walk

Join us for an easy hike in Big Cypress to look for orchids, one of two Experience Your Backyard programs for SFNPT members in March. We’ll meet at the Big Cypress Swamp Welcome Center at 9:00 AM and then carpool to the trailhead. Water may be ankle-deep in places along the trail.
The program is free for members, but space is limited; reservations required.

Activity level: Easy. Duration: 3-4 hours, including drive time.
What to wear: long pants and closed-toe shoes that lace up.
What to bring: A hat, sunscreen, water and a camera.
